This 9 mile run, walk or hike starting just east of Advanced Rehabilitation & Health Specialists at the Headwaters and Buckeye Trail over The Cuyahoga River in Mantua. The race will head east on the trail, crossing Peck Rd., Vaughn Rd., Limeridge Rd., and Asbury Rd. Participants will head north off the Headwaters/ Buckeye Trail and proceed through Camp Asbury woods, trails and fields along the Buckeye Trail where you will encounter the "tough" trail part of the race. Then you will re-enter the Headwaters/ Buckeye Trail to run back toward Advanced Rehab and end by the Cuyahoga River bridge.
